Peak Performance was born out of the idea that any individual can achieve what they want, given the right support, skillset and blueprint to do so. Our team of coaches will work tirelessly to do what it takes alongside you to formulate a plan, adapt, communicate, personalise and eventually execute on your goal; hopefully all while having fun with it!
We have hundreds and hundreds of race results to our name, from multiple triathlon victories, Ironman and Ironman 70.3 results, to road and trail running results ranging from first timers right up to race champions and course record holders.
We have a strong and positive team ethos that radiates through the community, we all help and develop each-other and celebrate each other’s successes to no end, if you’ve seen the Pink and Black at an event - you’ll already know this. Anyone is welcome.

Having started coaching with Harry at the beginning of November, I'm amazed at how much progress I've made in such a short space of time! After my half marathon in October, I felt my progress had plateaued - but within just a few weeks, I could already recognise improvements. A true testament to Harry's coaching is my recent Hale 10k race - which I completed in 49 minutes. This is 6 minutes faster than my most recent 10k PB! While the results speak for themselves, I couldn't have executed this without Harry's knowledge and guidance. Every training session is tailored towards my ability - they're both challenging and enjoyable with progress being made week on week. The regular communication is also super helpful - Harry's always there to answer any questions, adjust any of my sessions where needed and generally offer support - and I always look forward to the weekly feedback that puts me in good stead for the week ahead! Cal helped me set a goal to run a 10K in under 60 minutes, which I surpassed by completing it in 45 minutes. Now, I consistently run over 25k weekly. I’ve been with Coach Cal since January as I wanted to get a professional in to coach me for my first marathon. Cal's knowledge is second to none, he's incredible at motivating me and getting the very best out of me and his other athletes. Since joining PP my fitness has sky rocketed and I can do things on the tarmac I'd never dreamed of before coming under Cal's guidance. Sub 20 5k, sub 40 10k and two incredible marathon performances all meticulously built from Cal's programming.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Liam Devlin, I have been working with Liam coming into 12 weeks now, he's been very supportive towards my training and has always been very responsive to any questions I have. I had two goals this year to get a 5km and a 10km PB.
I have managed to bring my 5km PB down from 25 minutes to 21:35 and my 10km PB down from 54:47 to 45:36. I’m really looking forward to continuing working with Liam as this journey is only getting started.

I've never been a runner, weight training was my regular training. However I wanted a ditferent challenge and decided to get some support. From day one Harry was so supportive from setting up my watch correctly to checking in on me during my first few weeks to make sure all was ok. I could message Harry anytime and I benefited massively with that extra support being a beginner. I hit a new PB and managed to do some pretty intense sessions but I really enjoyed challenging myself. I would 100% recommend investing in Peak Performance if you're serious about running.

Let me start off by saying, I am not one that felt or feels I can be coached. I am a free soul when it comes to running, but somehow, even living in a different country, Cal and I ended up working together and I couldn't be happier with the interaction and gaining a new friend across the pond.
With all the coaches available in the Seattle area and abundance of apps and videos, I was still intrigued by Cal's attitude towards running/training after crossing paths via Instagram.
Not only is he an incredible multi-sport athlete, he really has a positive and grounded approach towards training which stems from his wealth of knowledge and experiences.
It's easy to feel overwhelmed with the abundance of coaches available these days and not to mention there are a lot of "coaches" out there that are simply plugging in a formula and dropping times for workouts. Cal and Peak Performance are not that by any means. Cal offers tailored programs, training, and advice that comes with passion towards helping the athlete achieve their goals. I will be honest, I am a difficult person, I have a lot of questions and also frankly skeptical at times (this is my own doing), but he was able to explain his workouts, the process, and what we were aiming for in a way that is reassuring and supportive.
Cal is also patient, understanding, and truly just wants what is best for the athlete and their goals. Don't get me wrong though, this will include pushing you at times you may feel like you have nothing to give, but if you trust the process, lean into the unknown and communicate your feelings, he can help you achieve your goals and more.

Cal has been an incredible running coach, helping me achieve personal bests across all distances trom 5Ks to 100 miles. His personalised training plans, unwavering support, and expert guidance have transformed my running performance. Cal has been coaching me for around 18 months now and in that time I've seen significant improvements in not only my ability to run but also my knowledge in understanding the importance of having running variations incorporated in to my training to improve my overall performance. Cal will set running pace targets that more often than not I wouldn't set myself. He pushes me harder than I would necessarily push myself and keeps me accountable whilst doing so. I've gained confidence to take part in numerous races and will continue to do so as I never feel a need to not have peak performance as part of my routine!

Cal has been the best coach I could have ever asked for. A year ago, I would never have imagined myself running a marathon, let alone an ultra, yet here I am achieving things I once thought were impossible. Joining Peak Performance was without a doubt one of the best decisions I have made, and having Cal as my coach has made all the difference.
He is always available to answer my questions, guide me through challenges, and help me adapt when life gets in the way. No matter what type of race I sign up for, whether it is Hyrox, Wild Hybrid, half marathons etc - Cal tailors my training in a way that consistently pushes me beyond my comfort zone. There have been plenty of times when I looked at the week’s plan and thought, “There is no way I can get through that,” yet with his structure and encouragement, I have surprised myself again and again.
